
NETWORK PROTOCOL
The
Scout Law is the law of the network, all members are required to adhere to the Scout Law in relating with fellow Rover Scouts.
As RoverBSP intend to be an organized network as it is now existing, it shall take responsibility to regulate the network. Hence the following RULES AND REGULATIONS shall be imposed in the administration of the network:
1. A Rover Scout is
Trustworthy, RoverBSP trust that the members whom we welcomed as true persons are Truthful and the real person that they are, membership profiles shall bear true full names and true photo of the person.
2. A Rover Scout is
Loyal, Members are expected to be true to God and country, his fellowmen and self as he religiously follows the laws of the God and the land.
3. A Rover Scout is
Helpful, Members to help each other, as RoverBSP shall help its members being its kid bothers from adolescence to responsible adulthood.
4. A Rover Scout is
Friendly, Members to be harmonious and friendly with each other, the likes of the jolly brotherhood.
5. A Rover Scout is
Courteous, Members are expected to respect a fellowman as he wanted to be respected by others. This include to respect the rights to ideologies and beliefs. We impose that due courtesy be practiced and avoid sarcastic criticism that may be misundertood as disrespect or an insult to concerned person, parties, race, ideology, creed or religion.
6. A Rover Scout is
Kind, Members are expected to express kindness even to the rude words that may come their way. RoverBSP shall take charge of any rudeness by any member.
7. A Rover Scout is
Obedient, Members are expected to follow the law, policies, and the rules and regulations as is hereby set forth by RoverBSP.
8. A Rover Scout is
Cheerful, Members are expected to actively participate in harmony to a joyful camaraderie with fellow Rovers.
9. A Rover Scout is
Thrifty, Members are not expected to spend in RoverBSP.
10. A Rover Scout is
Brave, Members are expected to be brave enough for the truth, mature enough to understand and humble enough to accept his humane imperfections.
11. A Rover Scout is
Clean, Members are expected to be clean in words and in deeds.
12. A Rover Scout is
Reverent, Members are expected to abide by the laws of God.
The administering RoverBSP Staff shall be responsible to implement the above RULES AND REGULATIONS.
