I am glad to be invited in this historical Rover Camp which pioneered another event that the Boy Scouts of the Philippines can replicate in other regions. This will help us strengthen the program delivery in Scouting.

1st EASTERN MINDANAO REGION ROVER CAMP

The 1st Eastern Mindanao Region Rover Camp a success is an understatement.

In the history of Philippine Scouting, a pioneering camp among Rovers unfolded last February 20-22, 2009 at Camp Malagos in Baguio District, Kalinan, Davao City; with the theme "Together, We develop...We lead... We serve to create a better World".
